Lynn is a distinguished Marshall Goldsmith elite executive coach with eighteen years of experience guiding a diverse range of clients. She has coached C-suite executives, directors, and their teams across various industries, including finance, law, auditing, medicine, marketing, media, luxury, sports, and music. Her impressive clientele includes prestigious Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies like Nike, KPMG, EY, Barclays, and PayPal.
Lynn has also provided executive coaching to media professionals at leading organizations such as Sony Music, BBC, Viacom, Universal, Disney, Fox Searchlight, Warner Bros., Soho House, and TLC Worldwide. In addition, she facilitates monthly three-day leadership summits for female leaders through Baroness Margaret McDonagh and Lorna Fitzsimons’s Pipeline, an initiative dedicated to advancing women in leadership positions across various sectors, including the Home Office, Jaguar, and Deloitte.
Moreover, Lynn is a founding member of AllBright, an organization committed to the empowerment of women. Here, she helped create "Elevate," a year-long executive leadership course designed to foster leadership skills among women.
She co-created and currently leads the Leading Diverse Teams program for organizational leaders in both the public and the private sectors, with esteemed clients such as the UK Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs, Aon, and Tate. Lynn is a contributor to Forbes magazine and a member of their Coaches Council. She also serves on various boards focused on fostering the leadership skills of young, diverse talent, including the Creative Access advisory board, Working Title Films’ London Screen Academy, and Frontier Learning Trust in partnership with Imperial College.
Recently, she was appointed chair of the board of trustees for New Curators, an international curation program founded by renowned former Tate curators Mark Godfrey and Kerryn Greenberg. Their mission is to democratize museum curation by welcoming diverse talent into the field.
