A certified ISO 9001 quality lead auditor, Wayne also holds an Advanced Safety Certificate from the National Safety Council, is a Certified Safety Management Practitioner (CSMP) through the Institute for Safety and Health Management and holds a Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation (CRSP) from the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals. Through his work in the energy, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing and aviation sectors, he has conducted training, auditing and consulting for business, government and labour throughout Canada, the United States and Europe. Terri Andrews, co-author of the first edition of Integrated Management Systems: Leading Strategies and Solutions, is a Certified Safety Management Practitioner (CSMP) through the Institute for Safety and Health Management (ISHM). Terri has guided dozens organizations through the design, management and improvement of operational and management policies, procedures and documentation across all organizational functions.
