Greg Amundson has traveled worldwide, teaching CrossFit(R) movement, theory, and application for over 20 years. He created and taught the CrossFit(R) Law Enforcement Application Course for several years and led the team that designed the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) SWAT PFQ. Greg holds master’s degrees in theological studies and leadership and serves in federal law enforcement.
T.J. Murphy, NASM CPT, is a veteran journalist and editor who has coauthored two New York Times best sellers, Unbreakable Runner, with Brian MacKenzie, and Ready to Run, with Kelly Starrett. His feature writing has appeared in Outside Magazine, Runner’sWorld, Spartan.com, and TriathleteMagazine. T.J. is a 2:38 marathoner who has finished five Ironmans. His first foray into writing about general fitness was the book Inside the Box: How CrossFit(R) Shredded the Rules, Stripped Down theGym, and Rebuilt My Body. T.J. lives in Boston with his wife, Gretchen, and their two kids, Milo and Maddie. Mark Divine is a former Navy SEAL and has trained thousands of special operations candidates and operators. He owns and runs the SEALFIT Training Center in San Diego, California where he trains thousands of professional athletes, military professionals, SWAT, First Responders, SOF candidates and everyday people looking to build strength and character.
