Sirower has advised senior executive teams on hundreds of transactions over the past twenty-five years. Previously, he built the Transaction Services Strategy Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was global leader of the M&A practice at the Boston Consulting Group in New York, where he developed the BCG corporate development framework and innovative approaches to crafting and executing M&A strategy. Before joining BCG, he taught Mergers and Acquisitions at the Wharton School. He is the author of the M&A bestseller, The Synergy Trap.
