All Eyes on You

A picture book about performance anxiety and strategies for navigating it

In this illustrated picture book, author and illustrator Susi Schaefer provides kids with strategies and coping techniques for that moment when performance anxiety strikes. Children are often excited to give a dance recital, perform in a concert or school play, or have their turn up at bat. Yet, when all of a sudden they realize everyone is looking at them, they can freeze up or feel panicked. All Eyes on You reassures children that this is a common experience and gives them tips and strategies for making their way through and feeling good about their performance.

Susi Schaefer trained as a classical stained-glass painter in Austria before moving to the United States and studying graphic design.
