Dr. Sky discovered her diary in a drawer of a tall golden cabinet that had a peaceful angel statue staging on it. She had written the diary so many years ago that she did not remember where she had placed it. Once she read it and looked at all its collages, she was inspired and had an intuitive insight to edit and publish it. The diary with most of its collages and haiku poems was written in Finland to encourage spiritually herself and her business partner Dr. Do, who had exceptionally stayed behind in DC. This diary expresses 90 days, during which she expressed her faith and gratitude, which were her creative way to pray. This diary is published to inspire others to express themselves in their own creative ways, honestly and directly. There is no need for perfection or highly valued artistic skills. Dr. Sky studied with seven Noh Theatre masters in Japan and USA and developed meditative therapeutic SohKiDo methods. She taught her methods, which include most of the arts, internationally in ten different countries. She published a 5-book series of SohKiDo and 30 professional articles in USA and 10 articles in Finland. She received her BA in Theatre from Teatterikorkeakoulu in Helsinki, her master’s degree, Ph.D. and Ed.D. in the US. Dr. Sky was one of the founders and directors with Dr. Do of ADTI, BME, Therapy Theatre Company and Beyond Mask, in Washington, DC during 1986 -2016. She has been seeking spiritually even before she could read. Besides Noh, she studied modern dance, Eurythmy, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Zen Dance. She earned Black Belt in Tai Chi from a Grand Master and taught it as a form of stress reduction at ADTI. She lives by faith, intuition and creativity.
