GBI Special Agent Daniel Byrd is back in the sequel to Mountain Justice.

After recovering from the events in Ellijay, Daniel Byrd is ready for routine cases. Working with Doc Farmer, he investigates crimes in Georgia’s northern counties, assisting the local police. But while Byrd settles in, there’s trouble brewing in Canton, Georgia.

Wilmer Westbrook and Mark Goodwin are distantly related-or, as they say in the mountains, a little bit kin. The pair are hoping to create a booming meth business, until Wilmer gets suspicious that Mark is holding out on him. Dead set on making sure he gets a return on his investment, Wilmer concocts a plan to ensure Mark meets the demand.
