45° Series

This folded copper series is an experiment in objective design which created a multitude of gestural expressions. The objects presented in this series are square copper sheets transformed based on a set of rules. It is a demonstration of objective design which presents these forms as possible. The reactions they elicit are created by the observer. From rule to form to reaction, the act of creating moves toward an understanding of beauty.
