The book series has been developed in association with the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC, and the Natural History Museum in London. Peter has written or cowritten sixteen books so far in The World of Dinosaur Roar! series including Dinosaur Roar and Friends!, which was specially created for the twenty-fifth anniversary of World Book Day in 2022. His book What Dinosaur Am I? is one of the top selling dinosaur books for children in the UK. Prior to creating The World of Dinosaur Roar!, Peter spent over twenty-five years working in children’s television. He was the executive producer for both the original Bob the Builder television series and the multi-award-winning series The Koala Brothers. He is also the creator of Rubbadubbers. Born in South Wales, Peter graduated from the University of Wales, Cardiff, with a Bachelor of Music degree before embarking on a career in television. Jeanne Willis is the author of many books for children, including Tadpole’s Promise, I Hate School, I Want to Be a Cowgirl, and the popular Professor Xargle series, all illustrated by Tony Ross. Ms. Willis lives with her husband and children in London, England.
