Global Citizenship and Its Impact on Multiculturalism in the Workplace

＂The fast economic, social and political change that characterizes today’s world have created much uncertainty not only in countries, but also in companies and public sector organizations. Such uncertainty, in turn, has created the notion of ’Global Citizenship’ which entails a multi-cultural view of the workplace. Given the on-going effects of the pandemic, managers continue to struggle with finding optimal approaches to managing their employees.
