My Bestest Wish Ever is a book about our Chihuahua puppy TidBit; our daughter Pauline who went to feed the goats and a pig who got out of his pen. TidBit was our puppy who followed our five girls around. If they were outside so was he and vice-versa. The 2 goats were a gift from Granny. They were used to being behind a fence and being fed inside of it. The next morning Pauline put some food in a pan and went to feed the goats, as she walked up to the fence they ran toward her, she dropped their food where she stood and they ran right through the fence. They scared her so bad she ran back to the house and never had anything else to do with them. After that we couldn’t keep them at home and they developed a taste for Mrs Longs petunias. So back inside Granny’s fence they went. The pig was a trial and error way of teaching the girls how to care for an animal. We were not so successful. The gate got left open, the pig got out, we humans couldn’t catch him it took another animal to show us how that was done. And to seal the deal TidBit did everything but close the gate.
