Denny Little is a former TV psychic turned clairvoyant for hire turned supernatural real-estate agent. Since discovering he can perform ＂reverse exorcisms＂--transferring spirits into living bodies--he’s become LA’s most in-demand realtor, giving the dead a new lease on life. But when Denny falls in love with a new property, the family of the prospective tenant, a former mob boss, will get their money and revenge over our hapless hero’s dead body.

Ryan Ferrier is a Canadian comic book writer and letterer. He is the writer of Kennel Block Blues, Curb Stomp and Sons of Anarchy (BOOM! Studios); Hot Damn and the acclaimed D4VE and D4VE 2 (IDW & Monkeybrain); and The Brothers James, Tiger Lawyer, and Ultranova for ReadChallenger Comics (readchallenger.com), a self-publishing comic collective he runs with Brian Level. Recently, he’s written comics for Marvel’s Secret Wars: Battleworld (with Logan Faerber), Bravest Warriors: Tales of the Holo-John (with Jorge Corona), and Monstrosity II (with J.
