After Mic Leigh is born, his older brother, Bobby, guides him on endless adventures while seemingly finding joy in misleading him into his mischief. As the brothers run wild through the end of the twentieth century, Mic joins the Marines where they teach him how to kill and enjoy it, and Bobby transforms into a rock and roll star whose groupies follow him from town to town and toss their underwear on stage.
