Following his critically acclaimed first collection of essays, Cold Spell, retired educator Todd Nelson follows it up with a new collection of short essays rooted in his Maine experiences.

Todd R. Nelson is a writer and educator whose 35-year career in teaching included six years as a school principal. He has been published in The Ellsworth American, Bangor Daily News, Portland Press Herald, CreativeMaineMag.com, Taproot, and the Philadelphia Inquirer, as well as on Maine Public Radio. He lives with his family in Penobscot, Maine.
