Antony N. Carter has worked professionally over the last twenty years in private industry, non-profit organizations and public organizations in a variety of capacities. Antony N. Carter has worked most recently in higher education institutions as both a high level administrator and a faculty member. Antony N. Carter has published several academic books, journal articles and book chapters for the last 12 years. Antony N. Carter holds a doctorate and focuses research and instruction in the areas of disaster response and homeland security. Over the past twenty-five years, Antony N. Carter has been active in competitive various shooting events for both rifle and pistol disciplines. Additionally, Antony N.
