Richard’s more than 25-year career spans many executive-level positions in the adult learning industry, including Chief Learning Officer, Vice President, consultant, and faculty member for a variety of organizations. Richard co-authored the Association for Talent Development’s best-selling Leaving ADDIE for SAM and the Leaving ADDIE for SAM Field Guide. He was also a significant contributor to many other books in the training and development field.
