Chris Cahill - Change-agent and business consultant, Chris Cahill M.CM., is an author, speaker, a Marine, and a consultant. He and his wife, Alexiea, have been married for seventeen years and have two children, Allie, and Colin. He is also the founder of I60 Ministries, where he faithfully serves various pastoral counseling needs in hospitals, detention centers, and youth community programs throughout Florida.
Chris’s passion for business, vision casting, and leadership come from nearly twenty years as a financial consulting and role as regional sales director, where he led and inspired change to and through top financial professionals around the country. He has a master’s degree in pastoral counseling, a bachelor’s degree in education and post-graduate certifications in Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor (CRPC), Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist (CRPS), and Certified Special Needs Advisor (CSNA).

Trevor Bonnell - When not on the clock, as husband and dad, Trevor has board positions with local not-for-profit organizations augmented by his role teaching martial arts and as his boys’ baseball coach.
Trevor prefers to use data over theory to develop strategies for providing companies the edge they desire. Combining his background of Industrial Organizational Psychology (I/O Psychology) and Organizational Behavioral Management (OBM), Trevor coaches’ top performers for creative solutions grounded in scientific reasoning.
Using OBM, a form of applied behavior analysis (ABA), Trevor applies psychological principles of organizational behavior and the experimental analysis of behavior to organizations to improve individual and group performance.
