A Better Time!: A Better Society

Has the USA become a falling star, headed for a third world country status? As a society, have we drifted away from those social standards that have kept this great country on track, the one our forefathers put it on? Have we become a society that has lost touch with reality and common sense; a society whose moral values are decaying at an ever-increasing rate; a society that breeds laziness, disrespectful children and government dependency while discouraging discipline, patriotism and the work ethic? Have we become a society that flaunts lavishness while ignoring our ever increasing out of control spending that has created massive individual family and government generated debt; debt that if left unattended to will soon bring this great country to its knees? Have we become a society where political correctness overrides common sense; where serving a political party is more important than serving one’s country? Have we become a society that is so in love with itself, so involved with self-indulgence, that it has no time to address civil duties, allowing socialism to gain ever more control, a form of government that has a history of taking away people’s freedoms which driving nations into bankruptcy? If the answer to all or even most of these questions is yes, then we need to discover a time when our social standards were better than those of today, a social structure worth bringing back to put this great country back on track before it’s too late!
