Kristy’s Story

Kristy Alexander is six when her mother walks out the door of their trailer and never looks back. When sober, Kristy’s father writes poems and teaches her about weather and words, but his decline into meth addiction leads to another kind of abandonment. Decades later, Kristy’s marriage looks perfect from the outside, but she can’t seem to disconnect from the first male who made her feel cherished after her father died.
