博客來The end of May approaches, and college is done for the spring semester. DJ plans to spend the summer reflecting on his traumatic childhood and trying to heal with relaxation. It isn’t until his very close friend invites him to go with them for a getaway at their hometown’s Pride party to live it up for the weekend. To help him feel comfortable, he invites his only family; his sister, Sierra.
At first, DJ enjoys making new friends and getting involved with the community. His tensions and anxieties melt away with the drag shows and brunches that lead up to the block party. His adventures slowly become interrupted by a stalker lurking around the festivities to torment him. It’s not just any old stalker.

One by one, guests go missing at the hands of the deranged killer. Can DJ save himself and his acquaintances before the masked cardinal takes their lives? Will this ride be canceled from all of the mysterious murders?
Cardinal Rules takes elements from ’80s and ’90s slasher horror, filled with blood, gore, and a little glitter. It’s time to put pride back in murder!
