Based on the teachings of Patanjali and the teachings of his eightfold path to right living. Morals and manners are presented in the form of Yamas (to rein in control) and Niyama’s (observance), which are the first two limbs on his eightfold path. These ways of living encourage kindness, cleanliness and many other helpful skills. Once these skills are learned, students can move forward into their yoga practice and breathing techniques with confidence.
