Cookie is excited to visit Uncle Frank’s farm where she meets a variety of animals. However, Cookie starts comparing herself to each one, and she doesn’t feel she is special like them. The wise old Owl explains that Cookie is special too, but in a different way.
The last two pages of this story encourage you to interact with your children about how they are special. Every child needs to know that they are special to someone. You can be the person who makes them feel special.
