student Max Shaw he puts him on a course towards becoming
a frontline intelligence agent.
During his initiation training, it’s clear Max has something rare - the skills and ruthlessness needed to become a formidable spy. But Max is full of doubt, questioning whether he can do the things his country needs him to do, including lying to the man he loves.
