Gurinder Singh, PhD, is the Group Vice Chancellor of Amity Universities, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has rich experience of more than 28 years in institution building, teaching, consultancy, research, and industry. He has been extensively involved in setting up international campuses, arranging partnerships with institutions of repute, and organizing prestigious conferences. He holds the distinction of being the youngest Founder Pro Vice-Chancellor of Amity University (for two terms) as well as the Founder Director General and the Founder CEO of the Association of International Business School, London, UK. He has conducted many international conferences, including the International Business Horizons Conference, a landmark conference, for the last 22 years. He has also conducted international research conferences in India, UK, Africa, Dubai, Uzbekistan, etc. He has established international campuses in many countries and has also made numerous contributions to the academic field, including writing Scopus-indexed books and research papers. Silky Sharma is Assistant Professor of Management at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, India. She previously worked with Amity University, India. She has extensive experience in Corporate HR and Academics industry. She is a recipient of prestigious Academic Research Fellowship frpin the Chiba Institute of Technology in Japan. During her stay, she did pathbreaking collaborative research with Japanese academicians. She has a degree in MBA-HR and is currently pursuing a doctoral program. She has qualified for CBSE-UGC-NET. She has written Scopus- and Springer-indexed books and research papers in human resources, higher education, and technology. She has also several copyrights, patents, research and consultancy assignments in India and abroad. She has organized many prestigious national and international conferences. She is a member of All India Management Association (AIMA) and several other professional bodies. Acknowledging her ideas and contributions in management, she has been conferred with a Research Excellence Award and a Young HR Manager Award by Professional Network Group of India and the President Award in BS&G. and many more.

is Dean of Management and Allied Programs at Amity University, Greater Noida, India. As an active researcher, he has written several Scopus-indexed books and journal articles.
