LISA MICHELLE ODGAARD first began writing when she was six years old. Her first attempt at publication was in the second grade, when a book-writing challenge prompted her to write "The Mother’s Day Mystery". Her reward was Gold Cover Honors and a place for her book in the school library. Having raised her children and finished her schooling as an adult to work as an Operating Room Registered Nurse, Lisa finally has time to sit back occasionally to write something other than academic papers. IF I HAD SAID is her second novel; she is the author of THE MAGDALEN LAUNDRIES and the blog-turned-book "Goodbye, Dating: A Yearlong Journey". She and her three children live in Victoria, BC, Canada, where the year-round beautiful weather allows for many a lazy day writing on the beach.
