SLOW MAGIC emerges from the shock of an unexpected ruptured ACL diagnosis. Awake in the dead of night soon after reconstructive surgery, Dee decides to start writing. What unfolds over the next twelve months is her healing journey. She writes daily for the first three months, then weekly and then monthly, counting until Day 365 - November 21, 2023.
