Since the first edition of this book appeared, mainstream medicine has come up with nothing new that will help patients with chronic fatigue despite the recognition of long COVID - symptom-suppressing painkillers and antidepressants remain the mainstay. In the seven years since the second edition was published both new research and new clinical findings have meanwhile thrown increasing weight behind Dr Sarah Myhill’s approach that focuses on the body’s energy delivery systems and its energy use.
In this third edition, Dr Myhill, now supported by expert patient Craig Robinson, has completely revised and updated her practical guidance on how to improve the former with diet, supplements and other lifestyle measures and how to address energy wastage through traditional approaches including methylene blue, DMSO and photodynamic therapy, and how to re-program the immune system with micro-immunotherapy.
