About the series:
BBL (Building Blocks Library) is a collection of graded readers for students of English as a second language. These books were developed by mpi, one of Japan's leading providers of training for English teachers and a publisher of English teaching materials.

​There are eleven levels of BBL readers and the highest three levels, 7 to 9, are now available from Sakkam Press worldwide as ebooks. These higher levels draw readers into the exciting world of a close group of friends and their compelling and contemporary real-life adventures. Each book can be read independently, but the stories are woven with common threads that tie the books and levels together. 

Level 9 takes the friends further into their social groups and wider societies. They find out about things like personal responsibility, fame, jealousy and envy, first jobs, money, social causes and social dangers.
