Barbara Salopek is the Founder and CEO of Vinco Innovation AS, a consultancy specializing in sustainable innovation and business development. Over the past five years, Barbara has successfully led 20+ innovation projects, including 10 internationally funded initiatives. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations secure over 100M NOK in funding, establishing herself as a leader in the innovation space. She is also an adjunct lecturer at BI Norwegian Business School, where she teaches innovation and project management courses.
Barbara’s expertise spans industries such as aquaculture, renewables, oil and gas, and CO2 CCS. She has collaborated with leading organizations like Statens vegvesen, Krakow Communal Holding, and Rambøll. A TEDx speaker and published author, Barbara has contributed to Norwegian business magazine MAGMA and appeared in various media outlets.
As a board member for several startups and an active member of the Bergen Chamber of Commerce’s Expertise Group for the Health Industry, Barbara combines entrepreneurial acumen with a global perspective, having lived and worked in Croatia, Germany, the USA, and Norway.
