Dana L. Ott is a Lecturer in International Management at the Otago Business School, University of Otago, New Zealand. Her research on cultural intelligence, international experiences, global mobility, and talent management has been published in various reputable journals including the International Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of Global Mobility and the European Journal of International Management.
