Dr Harry Gray has worked in management development since 1970 with early specialization in education at all levels. He was a Visiting Professor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, the University of Salford, and the University of Chester, as well as an advisor to IMTEC (OECD). He has published a dozen books on management development, school education and retirement living.

Anne Gimson has been providing leadership development programmes and executive coaching across the private and public sectors for over 25 years as the CEO of Strategic Developments International Ltd. Working with FTSE 200 and Fortune 500 organizations, government departments and the third sector, she has deep experience of development processes that work in real organizations, in real time, at all leadership levels.

Dr Ian Cunningham was the first person to be awarded a PhD in management learning and has lead research in organisational learning as a CEO at Roffey Park Institute and as Chair of Strategic Developments International in addition to Visiting Professorships at the University of Utah, Kodolányi János University of Applied Science, and Middlesex University.
