Lift and look under each soft-to-touch felt flaps to discover which sleepy farm animal is hiding underneath. There are peep-through holes on the flaps to guess who is there, and with a shaped tab, too, each soft, colorful flap is designed to be easy for little hands to lift up and discover if they are correct. Then at the end, it is time for Little Chick to go to sleep and time for the reader to say ’goodnight’ too!

Sarah Wade is a children’s illustrator living in sunny Suffolk with her two daughters, husband and cat called Mouse. Her designs can be found worldwide on over 80 children’s titles as well as greeting cards, textiles and stationery.
