Peri-menopause is an indiscriminate new beginning in each woman’s life which with the right knowledge and understanding of how to make some adjustments to manage the symptoms is truly liberating.
As women we go through so much in our lives from our monthly periods, child birth and peri-peri-menopause then menopause. We are collectively resilient as women. We should draw strength from one another whilst fully supporting and encouraging each other. ＂He who conquers himself is the mightiest warrior＂ is a famous quote by Confucius. Ladies be sure that you can conquer this phase of our lives and come through on the other side much stronger, much happier and much more aware of yourself than ever before.
