Once Upon a Tarot Card: Book Two

It was only meant to be a simple gift - just an old, worn deck of picture cards, given in a spur-of-the-moment act of kindness to a lonely child. The giver could not have known of how important her impulsive gesture would be in the years which were to follow. The enigmatic images would go on to provide their young recipient not only with companionship, but also with much-needed direction and wisdom during situations which were both good... and bad. They would aid in the resolution of personal conflicts, be instrumental in forging friendships, and revealed pathways out of dilemmas. There were times when they even foretold of those pitfalls lying in wait within the illusions of romantic dreams. Most importantly, they might lead towards the mending of a shattered bridge, long believed to be damaged beyond all repair.
