Conditioned for Conflict

This is a story that weaves through the experiences of four young men who volunteered for military service at the start of WWI. Their time on the Western Front and that of their families at home in England. At the War’s end the story continues following those who survived the conflict as they endeavoured to settle back into civilian life in a country made ’fit for heroes’.
