The daughter of Portuguese-Goan parents born in Kenya, Crystelle has enjoyed international flavors from a young age, and now loves cooking food inspired by her heritage as well as dishes she has discovered travelling the world and exploring London. She speaks fluent French, Italian and Spanish. Whatever she cooks, Crystelle always puts her own distinctive spin on a recipe: adding a new flavor, experimenting with ingredients or combining
