Short stories are pests.
They skitter into your day, dart under your thoughts, and refuse to leave until you notice them. Fables, parables, poems-they’re small, sly, persistent, and often more useful than they first appear. In a world that never slows down, they offer a moment to pause, reflect, and carry a tiny spark. This project is my own gathering of those skittering sparks: small, insistent stories that I hope will stick.
