Love is our default setting. Everything else has simply been programmed into our mind since birth.

We long to release the shackles of a fear-based existence, but it’s become our comfort zone.

It’s easier to stay in the pain, the hurt and the fear than it is to take a good hard look at who we truly are and to do the deep inner work to release the pain and move forward with love.

I feel that at this point in time, humanity needs more messages of hope and love. Those who are now seeing the world with a new perspective need to know they’re not alone; that others see them, hear them and can understand or empathise with how they’re feeling and offer support, love and opportunity for transformation.
