Ally needs a friend. Her mum is suffering post-traumatic stress disorder and the quiet country life, which was meant to help things, just seems to make them worse. When she meets Rel the annoying boy next door, it seems she’s hit rock bottom. But first impressions can be deceptive and, as Ally learns to relax, she discovers that life needn’t be as hard as she makes it.
