LeRon, a young black man, is fed up with being called a sissy, having HIV/AIDS and rap music. After getting bad news from the doctor, he heads home, grabs his father's gun and holds his two older brothers hostage in their childhood bedroom. A standoff ensues as LeRon confronts his brothers (at gunpoint) and tries to hold them accountable for making him a sissy and being afraid of him and his virus. And rap music.
