Write Your Faith Autobiography

Write your Faith Autobiography is designed to help you write the story of your faith journey - the story of God working in your life. This story is important. Focusing on your faith history and writing it down will help you understand more fully where God has been in your life up to now, and where God might be leading you in the future. Your faith story is also important to your director. If you continue with the Spiritual Exercises, this booklet will help your director understand your faith journey more fully. Whether you take the Spiritual Exercises or not, we encourage you to spend time each day with this booklet. If you are faithful to it, you will reap great spiritual rewards.

Author Ellen Tomaszewski has over 25 years experience as a spiritual director and has spent over 20 years coordinating and directing the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius (19th annotation). Together with her group, SEEL Tri-Cities, over a span of three years, Ms. Tomaszewski has refined the prayers, talks, and agendas to make this series user friendly and effective.
