In this fairy tale collection, dragons and other fantasy characters teach children nonviolent ways to solve problems. They guide the reader through "A Dragon's Path to Peace," building self-confidence, improving communication, encouraging cooperation, and using problem solving techniques to find the solution where everyone can be a winner.

This book was a Children's Choices book for 2003 and has been enthusiastically reviewed by many national peace education/?conflict resolution groups. It contains a foreword by the Co-Founder of the Creative Response to Conflict program in Nyack, New York. A resource list of conflict resolution organizations is included at the back of the book.
