Angie Rylands received a BA in music education from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, her hometown. Between 2011 and 2013, she and her husband Tom adopted four sons from China, which was an experience that helped inspire her eventual employment with the team at Lifeline Children’s Services. She served there as South Carolina State Director until her husband’s death in 2015. Angie now homeschools their children full time, and also serves as a consultant to local foster and adoption ministries in Charleston, South Carolina, the family’s current home.
