He went on to serve in a number of corporate management roles, leading strategy, marketing, and growth initiatives for Hunter Douglas and Newell Rubbermaid. Having been immersed in a mid-size family manufac-turing business alongside his father and brother since childhood, and having then transitioned to corporate America and back again to business owner, Todd under-stands the challenges involved in managing and growing large and small businesses alike. He also understands the complex role of the leadership team in the organization.
