WHO WAS BUILDING MODERN WARBOTS
IN ANCIENT MEXICO, A THOUSAND YEARS AGO?When Zed Wynter, editor of Personal Robotics e-zine, receives a static-filled phone call from an old college classmate, now at war in a ravaged Mexico, he is asked one frantic question by his friend, revolutionary warlord El General en Jefe Filemón Garcia: "Amigo, what kind of robot can you build of copper and stone?"
Intrigued, Zed desperately searches for an answer to his warrior friend’s mysterious question, encountering a kaleidoscopic mix of robots, revolution, unheard-of technologies, unexpected romance, extreme violence, and ultimate betrayal-as he is pursued by a maniacal psychopath through Time itself, back to the past and into the future, while questing for a truth he may not wish to know.
