Joy in Small Things

The Author was born on 4th October, 1961 at Mumbai to a family of documentary filmmakers.

After completing his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Alwar in Rajasthan, and moving away from his family profession, he began his career in the automobile industry. He spent twenty-four years at Mahindra &Mahindra at Igatpuri and later at Mumbai. He worked at Same Deutz Fahr- India - a tractor manufacturing company based near Chennai - for a year.

At present, he is working at Parveen Ind. Pvt. Ltd. - a manufacturing company that makes oil and gas equipments. This new plant is situated at Igatpuri.

The idyllic, lush green, silent natural surroundings at Igatpuri swayed his mind and his emotions. The hidden taste for art, which initially reflected in his photography finally expressed itself in his writing.
