Since the beginning of humanity, music has been used to aid in important therapeutic functions such as healing, finding joy, and calming the mind. The musical chants of different spiritual traditions have helped many to achieve the benefits and comforts of meditation. This is a collection of fifty original songs designed for use for individuals or singing meditation groups. These songs draw on the wisdom of many traditions and voices and can be sung by a single singer or, through the use of rounds and call-and-response techniques, can be easily learned by a meditation group.
