At just 18 years old, Maz had completed his schooling and now stood at the threshold of his lifelong ambition - becoming a Ryzen. The Ryzen was revered as the ＂best of the best＂, guardians of ancient wisdom, and protectors of the nation of Timur Laut. This had been Maz’s aspiration since childhood, and he was confident that his exemplary track record of success would secure his acceptance into their hallowed ranks. Regrettably, his hopes were dashed when he faced a painful rejection. Undaunted, he seeks out his uncle Cree, a ＂retired＂ Ryzen, to train under his guidance.
