Here We Grief Again

Grief and other emotions are developed over time in various ways. The key is learning how to release them to overcome any heartaches.
Grieving can be exhausting!
Grief isn’t bound by time!

There is NO perfect action that will take away the pain you’re experiencing!

BUT, healing is powerful! When it is fully experienced, our view of the world changes and our
emotional state will greatly benefit. Despite trauma and setbacks, healed people learn to listen
clearly! But if we continue to carry the unresolved hurt, there is no way to tune in!

However, grief
Is not on every side
But it’s found its way into me
