Unexpected

Asher Anderson is an arrogant, insufferable prick. We’re not friends. We barely tolerate each other. So when he strolls up to me in the cafeteria on the worst day of my life, I know he’s up to something. Then he drops a bomb-telling Liam Heiter, my best friend and the guy I’ve been in love with for years, that Asher and I are dating.

It’s a lie. A reckless, ridiculous lie.
